In this biweekly student support group, you will explore some of the root causes of your stress and use art as a tool to help manage it. Unmanaged stress is a common trigger for emotional dysregulation, which can create difficulties in focusing on both personal and academic tasks. In this workshop you will develop skills you will be able to apply to aid in managing your stress throughout life.
The group will start February 20th – April 10th, 2025, with 1 week break on March 6th.
