Mon – Thurs: 9:00am-7:30pm

Fri: 9:00am-4:30pm
(Closed 12:30-1:30pm for lunch on Fridays)

Sat-Sun: CLOSED

Booking an Appointment

A current MacCard (student ID card) is required to be seen for medical/nursing/counselling services. A student must also have a valid provincial or territorial health card, or a UHIP card (University Health Insurance Plan – for international students). International students without a UHIP card must provide proof of coverage with a pre-approved insurance plan from the ISS (International Student Services) Office.

Am I eligible for the following?

Medical services are available to:

  • Full-time undergraduate students
  • Full- and part-time graduate students
  • Divinity students
  • Exchange Students (only while in Hamilton Area)
  • Co-op Students (only while in Hamilton Area)

Medical services are not available to:

  • MBA students
  • Medical Residents
  • Interns
  • Part-time students
  • Visiting PhD students
  • Post-Doctoral Fellows
  • Centre for Continuing Education (CCE)

Counselling services and wellness education are available to:

  • Full-time undergraduate and graduate students

Counselling services and wellness education are not available to:

  • MBA students
  • Medical Residents

  • Part-time students

  • Post-Doctoral Fellows
