ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) for anxiety is a 6 week group for those who are struggling with anxiety, connecting to the present moment and doing what is most important to them. The group provides a supportive space to explore and process anxiety and learn how to manage and live with it. The group will include discussions, exercises and practical tools.
The group will start January 24th – March 7th, 2025, with 1 week break for reading week!
