Exam Wellness Reminders

Wellness Café @ The Wellness Lounge (PGCLL 201)

Are you stressed about exams? Or struggling to stay focused? Take a break at the SWC Exam Wellness Café

When: December 6th – December 19th (weekdays)

  • Monday-Wednesday: 10:00AM – 6:30p.m. 
  • Thursdays and Friday: 10:00am – 4:00 pm

Enjoy FREE warm beverages, explore fun arts and crafts like coloring pages and bracelet-making kits, and relax with lo-fi music in a calming environment. Our staff will also have a supervised and secured “phone box” available for students who to limit distractions and help them stay focused. No registration required – just drop-by and de-stress!

Plus, the Writing and Academic Skills Coaches from the Student Success Centre will be available on Tuesdays and Fridays from 1:30 PM–4 PM to support with your final writing assignments.

Exam snacks

Enjoy free exam snacks in the Wellness Lounge (PGCLL 201), starting at 9:30am, available while supplies last. Snack options typically include granola bars, gelatin-free yogurt, and a piece of fruit. 

When: December 6, 9-13, and 16-19.
