LTPB is a tobacco control program that offers young adults smoking and quitting information, personalized support, and quitting resources – all for free!

Students can meet with a doctor and receive an 8 week supply of free nicotine replacement therapy.


The Smokers Helpline

1 877 513 5333 is well established and can provide support online, or via phone to help establish goals, speak to a Quit coach and receive tools to help support smoking cessation.



FREE online program that offers accurate info about quitting, running and managing stress.

Run to Quit

Run to Quit can help you quit smoking by learning to walk or run 5 km. Walking and running can help you overcome withdrawals and cravings while cutting down or quitting smoking. It gets better, when you quit smoking and get active, you’ll have a chance to win $1000!

Tobacco Hotline

The Tobacco Hotline provides information to callers regarding tobacco control legislation, such as smoking by-laws and Provincial Smoke-Free Ontario Act and on smoking cessation programs and services (905) 540-5566.
