Over the next two weeks of April 6th-19th, McMaster Student Wellness Centre invites you to join our various challenges. Offering three different challenges this final season, join our: Sleep Challenge, Active Living Challenge, or Creative Challenge.
Whether it is cultivating good sleeping habits, staying active from home, or spending your spare time doing creative work, or some combination of the above, SWC has got your back during these challenging and odd times.

These times are already challenging to stay in a routine, let alone managing things like health concerns, dealing with difficult situations, navigating financial strains and other challenges. It can be also difficult to ask for help, but know that you don’t have to go through this alone. There are a number of resources shared through our resource page that are available online and specific resources for things you don’t need to manage on your own. Alongside online/telephone counselling and medical services, check out our resources page for a number of services that are available for support.
