Test Anxiety is a common stressful experience for many students.
In this Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) group, you will learn coping skills and how to identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts that contribute to test anxiety. The group will also cover study strategies and effective ways to prepare for the big day.
CBT is a short-term, evidence-based treatment for many concerns, including anxiety, and it is based on the idea that thoughts and behaviors influence the way we feel. Pre-screening is required.
