Test Anxiety is a common stressful experience for many students.
In this 5 week, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) group, you will learn coping skills and how to identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts that contribute to test anxiety. We will also cover study strategies and how to effectively prepare for yourself for the big day. CBT is a short-term, evidence-based treatment for many problems, including anxiety. It is based on the idea that thoughts and behaviors affect the way we feel. Pre-screening required.
