StressLess is a bi-weekly drop-in program (no registration required) focusing on mindfulness, stress identification, and stress management. In all sessions, we informally discuss why we might be stressed by exploring topics such as motivation, rest, pressure, and anxiety. In a group setting, peers also benefit each other in discussion by providing personal insights. Many specific StressLess sessions will focus on learning one evidence-based stress and anxiety management technique. Arts & crafts will also be available for students to use during the session.
