This drop in style group is a collaboration between Student Wellness and Open Circle for students who are experiencing grief or loss. This group will provide a safe and confidential space for sharing experiences of grief while respecting each other’s questions, feelings, viewpoints, or spirituality as it relates to each person’s healing process. This group will include reflective sharing and inquiry, expressive arts, mindfulness and self compassion based exercises.
This group will be held once monthly on Thursday mornings from 9:30 – 11:00am. Although you don’t need to register, you must attend the entire duration of the session to avoid any disruption to the group and so we can support the group best.

Dates: October 3rd, November 7th, December 5th
Term 2 Location: Mills Library, Community Room L304
Dates: January 9th, February 6th, March 5th, April 2nd
