Cooking Sessions – Fall Term
Introductory group to explore and practice topics related to cooking skills, meal planning, nutrition, and food safety. All skill levels encouraged to join.
During these sessions, we will:
Send out a recipe (with various substitutions and options) 1 week before the scheduled date.
We will have a small list of things to set up 30 minutes before the live session starts (wash produce, suggested computer setup, set up a cutting board, bowl etc.)
Meet ONLINE as a small group of ~6 people to cook the meal at the same time.
